The hotel was comfortable and decent. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok, can be improved. Staffs were very accommodating especially the front desk lady and Manong guard who helped me with my documentation issues that was extremely important for me to accomplish that day and they helped me, a stranger without hesitation. I now have a go to hotel near Nuvali whenever i visit my sister.

The staff did an outstanding job. We were served by Marj and Maricar who are both very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is excellent. The amenities are superb. I stayed with my family and we occupied 3 rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our weekend stay was an amazing experience.

The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative. I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel. You have to walk a couple blocks down the street. And I also had difficulty booking a Grab because it did not detect the area.

Very friendly staff. Food at hotel restaurant was fine. Dim lighting and musty smell in bathroom. The hotel premises was uncomfortably hot with no A/C in hallways and lobby. The rooms were ok once the A/C is turned on.
