"From the moment we checked in and throughout our stay, our needs were met and all the staff that we encountered were very friendly and capable. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Every single room has an outstanding Ocean view. The staff, property and guests are all dog friendly. One aspect to be aware of is that many, or probably most units have lots of steep, narrow stairs to maneuver. I have a disability and normally, I can do stairs, but the amount of steep stairs I had to maneuver was almost too much for me. I should have asked more questions when I was told that “there are stairs”. I feel I should have been more informed as to the copious amount of stairs involved :/"

"This was a great option that was among the most budget-friendly, especially for places within walking distance of Nye Beach! The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub and sauna were all great. I would recommend this place for anyone heading to Newport!"

"Overall, this was a very nice place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The host was very responsive. The beach here was absolutely wonderful. And the proximity to so many fun activities was perfect for us. However, for some of us, the highway noise interfered with a good night sleep. And, if you’re wondering about the bathroom because there aren’t any photos, it is nice. But it is off the first floor bedroom."
