Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fans in all rooms, a TV with many international channels, a washing machine, 2 refrigerators, and a freezer.

For your leisure, the house offers a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and a large outdoor area suitable for pétanque or other games. The private outdoor space includes a pool, garden, covered terrace, large family table, and a barbecue with an outdoor kitchen.

Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 15 minutes away and Sils train station is 5 minutes away, allowing you to reach Barcelona in 1 hour. The beaches of Lloret, Blanes, and Sant Feliu de Guixols are 25 minutes away. Nearby, you will find pétanque courts, outdoor games, tennis and paddle courts. Several supermarkets are also close by.

A parking space is available on the property and free street parking is also available. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra fee.
