"This was one of best hotels during our visit to Switzerland ! The staff was amazing! They make us fee welcome since the first minute we arrived until we left. I will definitely come back again!! I was traveling with my son and they surprise him with a birthday surprise cake and room decoration they really made our stay wonderful!! The lady in red was amazing.!!! "We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!"
