  • Stay in the unique Art House in the WNMU College District! An easy drive or 15-minute walk to downtown Silver City, this home is completely remodeled with an updated cottage kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Two beautiful, well-appointed bedrooms are perfect for couples traveling together or families. A fifth person can be accommodated on the oversized couch.

    Brew a coffee and enjoy a relaxing morning on the patio surrounded by native landscaping and colorful metal art by sculpturist Shelby Cox.

    Art House is equipped with a Roku TV, perfect for listening to your favorite music or settling in for movie night. We have compiled a guide of the fantastic restaurants, adventures and events that Silver City has to offer.

    Art House is conveniently located on US Highway 180 and is subject to highway noise. Located on the western edge of town in a residential neighborhood, the traffic is minimal at night. To minimize any disturbances, we have installed double glazed windows to ensure an enjoyable and restful stay.

    ***Not suitable for guests with mobility issues: Concrete stairs from parking area to house entry. Interior stairs include two steps into lower level living areas. No wheelchair access.
