"I usually stay at this place when I travel to Hamburg. I was totally shocked to see how much the hotel has gone down hill. From the moment I walked in the place it did not have the same clean appearance I’m used to. The check in wasn’t as smooth as it normally is. When I walked into my room it had a covered up cigarette smoke smell. I found the window broken, which I reported to the front desk where I was meet with an attitude of no big deal. When I went down for breakfast the area was dirty. I went to get some juice only to find out that the machine was removed. I asked the front desk about getting juice, was told the machine was broken. Again I got the feeling that they did not care. In closing I will not be staying at this establishment and will not be recommending it to anyone staying in the area, as I have in the past. Totally unacceptable"
