"We had a great stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. The pond was well stocked and fishing was fun. Large open floor plan downstairs made hanging out very comfortable. Plenty for the kids to do and a great kitchen for cooking meals. We all agreed that the photos dont do this place justice. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we would stay again! "

"The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend."

"Our family of five stayed at the Valley Vista B cabin. Impeccably clean and comfortable with a great wrap around porch for watching sunsets and having morning coffee. The kids loved the yard, play area, campfire area, and the deer that came out each evening to the apple orchard. We took daily adventures to Allegany State Park, Lake Erie beaches, and Niagara Falls. "Very quiet rooms except for the noisy air conditioning unit. Why do most hotels have units that wake the dead? Couldn’t hear anything next door or in the hall. Very clean, towels were nice and soft. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which I am never a fan of. Price was high, but on par with other like hotels in the area. Bed was a bit soft, but okay. I will use them again when I need a clean, decent place to stay!"
