"We had a wonderful time in Yellowstone with our base being at "Marcia's House". Marcia and her assistant Julie made sure that everything was in order and that our stay would be as expected. You simply cannot ask for a better location if you are in Silver Gate for a Yellowstone visit. My wife and I spent 5 glorious days fly fishing and exploring the "Serengeti of North America". We saw two grizzlies, two black bears, multiple pronghorn, and hundreds of bison. The Soda Butte provided some great fly fishing, though it was quite technical being late September. We still caught our share, and did so in some of the most beautiful expanses in the world. Marcia was a wonderful host. Her book and back story made the trip even more special for me and my nature loving wife. We hope to come back for more adventures in the future."

"We really love the cabin, we felt at home there, home away from home. We love the rustic feeling of the cabin. It was set up to meet our needs, love the TV upstairs with a VCR build into it and we watch movies up there. The wifi is spotty but it still work great for us, sometimes you just need a quite space to get away from everything. It was very close to the north entrance of the park, which work great for us. We would definitely stay here again if we came back, love it. its a big 5 star to us and beyond. Thank you, Jenkinsons. "

"Very nice secluded cabin, nice waterfall hike near the cabin. Beds are very comfortable and the cabin was very clean! Had a fox come to visit the cabin several times. "

"A sweet, clean and comfortable space, super convenient to the friendly town of Silver Gate and wildlife viewing in Lamar Valley. There’s a beautiful view of mountains, moonlight, and friendly foxes from the porch. We enjoyed our time there especially grilling on the porch. The ladder up to the loft is not bad at all, but be aware that adults can’t stand up straight in most of the loft space. And the living space is cozy if you will also have the sofa bed in use. "
