Thanksgiving
It has become our tradition to stay here for the holidays! The best value between Lake Winni, the White Mountains and the Kancamangus Trail! A dream location for hikers, skiers and photographers. The rental has every amenity you can imagine. And the beauty .. equal to or better than Squam Lake (On Golden Pond), 30 minutes away! An absolute treasure!

Thanksgiving getaway
Silver Lake is a hidden gem .. scerene with quick access to hiking trails and scenic views (and polar swims for the adventureous)! We booked a year ago and needed to cancel last minute due to COVID, Our host enabled us to rebook the following year without any extra fees or penalities. The property has everything one could want .. foosball, ping pong, pool table, fireplace, cable TV and every kitchen accessory (including spices, tea, blender, mixer ,, you name it) needed. Even the tap water was excellent! The world is a big place with many places to see but this was a must return to adventure. Don't be fooled by the market price .. it is worth every penny. We created a memory with our family that will last a lifetime! Thank you Paul!

Exceeded Our Expectations
I travel the world working at a major airline and I’m the most pickiest person and I admit it!! This property exceeded not only My entire families expectations, but mine as well!! The cleanness and cozy feeling was very inviting. Although we only stayed two short nights we wished it was longer but treasured every minute. We learned our son’s friends family owned a house on the same street. Small world!! It was nice to see my boys not only playing in the game room but also breaking out the traditional board games!!! No phones or electronics!!! The linens, furniture, & beds were up to date and not old. The pictures don’t do any justice. This property is Spectacular and wayyy bigger than the pictures. It’s nice and bright and has amazing architecture too. We wish it was open for a week day in the summer of 2023😢We would 110% rent this property again. Thank You for an amazing stay🥰

Perfect getaway
We LOVED staying at Paul and Cindy’s house. It was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. Our friends that stayed with us couldn’t believe how everything was included including linens and how the kitchen included everything you need. We loved having the use of the two kayaks and the canoe. There are wonderful hiking trails a short stroll from the house and you’ll be serenaded by the sounds of the loons on the lake. Yes, we will be back.

Excellent house and location
For a second year, four adult friends used the house as a base for our driving school at Club Motorsport. There is much more to the house and lake than we used, since we spent little time there. Nevertheless, it was just what we wanted: great location, clean rooms throughout, ample space, great kitchen/dining area, and comfortable inside and outside seating. Highly recommended.

Silver Lake happy place
I have a fondness for the Silver Lake beach which is so family friendly. I vacationed there decades ago with my little ones and now they are grow with families of their own! I am delighted to be able to share these memories with my grandbabies, swim to the dock, listen to the loons, kayak and just chill by the lake. It was a wonderful vacation home, complete with ample towels, a washer and dryer and a fabulous indoor family area too. Thank you Paul for such a wonderful offering.

Perfect summer getaway
We had a great time during our week stay! It was a great location and a nice place to relax! We loved the lake and the beach was very convenient. We spent a lot of time in the water and on the kayaks! The house was comfortable with lots of amenities and we would love to come back!!

Great spot for relaxing weekend!
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at Paul's property. It was spacious but cozy and inviting with everything we needed. The neighbor was quiet and right near a few hiking trails which was perfect for walks with our pup. Look forward to returning!

The property was even better than the pictures. Impeccably clean upon arrival. Gorgeous timberframe home. Paul was very attentive to any questions and the house was well equipped. There are two en-suites. So, having two families would be more than possible. Looking forward to staying again!

Ideal When Driving at Club Motorsports and More
The house was ideal for our group of five adults who participated in a performance driving school at Club Motorsports in Tamworth. We were at the track for two very full days so we didn’t tax the property much. We basically slept or sat on the front porch and chatted as the sun went down. I can see how adults and families who are looking for a base when doing more in the White Mountains would also find it a great location and facility.

Beautiful home
This is a very beautiful home. I wish we were here longer to enjoy all that this home and the area have to offer. We had a small issue when we got there, I called Paul and he answered me right away and resolved the issue. There were a lots of games and a gameroom and just a short walk to the beach. We didn't have time to take the boats out, but they were down on the beach so no need to drag them down. We would love to come back again.

This home was perfect for me and my adult children and grandchildren.
I rented this property without having seen it inside, but the home was perfect! There were 2 bathrooms, so everyone had privacy, the front porch was a dream, and the location perfect. I love to cook and the kitchen was set up with all the amenities one needs. It was clean, neat and there was little I needed or wanted. The location to the beach was perfect and I loved sipping my coffee in the morning while warming up in front of the fireplace. One night the sunset was orange lighting up the lake as well. Restorative and relaxing with lots of hiking nearby too!

Serene Summer Retreat
We loved sitting on the front porch, looking out at the yard and the lake. We walked down to the beach every day (just a short walk), and enjoyed walks and runs in the neighborhood as well. One of our favorite parts about this stay was using the outdoor shower on the warm summer nights. Thanks to Paul for being super responsive and helpful, as well.

Beautiful house right across the street from silver lake. Quick walk. Great for kids. House was outstanding. Had everything you could possibly need. Awesome game room kept the kids occupied for hours. Lots of fun. Would definitely return.

Fun weekend getaway
This was our first time at Silver Lake and it was so fun! The house was in a beautiful location, walking distance to the beach. The house was roomy, clean, and well kept. Paul was very quick to respond while booking. Definitely would stay here again.

A great place for a family get away
We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and loved relaxing in front of the fire. We cooked and baked and had family meals at the dining room table. Weather didn’t cooperate for us but we had some lovely short walks to the beach and a bit longer walk in the conservation area down the street. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We would go back in a heart beat!

True Cabin Feel!
We stayed at this cabin over a snowy weekend in February. The house had all amenities we could need. We especially enjoyed the rock climbing wall to the "nook". The bedrooms were perfect, the game room in the basement was SO FUN. We enjoyed walking the trails nearby and the location was perfect! We would definitely stay again! Loved the openness of the house and the front porch would be AMAZING in the summer. Highly recommend!

Great mini ski vacation with the family
This house had exactly what we were looking for in regards to space and location for our family to enjoy a few days skiing! With three energetic boys a hotel room doesn’t cut it anymore. As a soon as we pulled into the drive way they spotted the hills outback threw on their snow gear and was out back sledding until nighttime. This house was super spacious clean and had everything you needed. I cannot wait to come back!

Amazing NH Getaway
We had a great time. The house was very clean, stocked, plenty of room, and close to everything. We had a great family trip ice fishing, sledding, playing in the snow, and visiting local shops and attractions. This house is perfect for any time of year and variety of ages.

Great house and great location
We love this house. It has everything you need (plenty of space, plenty of beds, fantastic, well stocked kitchen) and close to everything. There are multiple ski spots nearby, shopping in North Conway, and plenty right in town . If you have dogs, there are great hiking trails right around the corner. We will definitely be back.

The house is open, warm, bright, and full of lakeside charm. I loved the (easy to use) fireplace, and my daughter loved the downstairs game room. The living room is more spacious than the listing lets on, which was a nice surprise. We also loved walking around the lake - the public beach is closeby.

Late summer family vacation
My wife and I just spent a week at this beautiful house with our five year old daughter and fell in love with this property. The house was immaculate, modern and very convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Paul was also very easy and responsive to work with during the stay and quickly answered a few questions we had during our visit. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful log home with many amenities and kept immaculate. We enjoyed our time both inside the home and on the front/back decks. Very comfortable for our entire family. Great vacation rental
My husband, friends and I just spent 3 nights here and it was fantastic. The house was extremely clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and in a great spot. The lake is in short walking distance and is absolutely beautiful. The host Paul is great and very accommodating and easy to chat with. He was nice enough to let us use his mooring to keep our boat, which was my favorite part. Close drive to North Conway. 100 % would stay again

Peaceful Getaway
Stayed for 3 nights. The home is beautiful & well maintained. The front porch with views of Silver Lake is the showstopper of the house-a relaxing place to hang out. We enjoyed our time at the community beach just a very short walk away. The Mountain View’s at the beach are just spectacular & we were able to catch the sunset there at night. The home owner was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Overall this was a wonderful experience for our family. We would definitely recommend this home. Would love to see it in the fall. A Wonderful Getaway!
We (four adults, two dogs) had a great time at Paul’s Silver Lake house. The pictures don’t do it justice! The home is gorgeous with unique wooden accents that we admired all weekend. It’s also right down the street from Silver Lake, which I was pleased to find was not crowded and very clean. We took the canoe out and that was truly the highlight of our weekend. So beautiful! Thanks again.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway
The house was the perfect escape after being stuck in quarantine for months. The lake is beautiful and the beach a short walk away. The house had plenty of board games and table games. The only problem were the bugs. It is probably just this time of year, so we spent most of our time inside. As an architect I really appreciated the construction of the house. We brought our own paper goods and the check out was straight forward. The on-suite bathrooms were great and had plenty of towels. I would definitely stay again but maybe a different time of year. The host was great as well!
