"Perfect for requesting an early 4:30am shuttle to SLC airport the next day. Requestable Night shuttle from airport to hotel currently last leaves 11:45 pm. Clean comfortable bed. Good to see there is also a laptop safe."

"It was beautiful and clean. The shower had the most amazing water pressure I've ever had in a hotel. The bed was really comfortable. Our only complaint were the pillows. For us one was too hard and the other too soft, but we still really enjoyed our stay. "

"Just a regular, no-frills airport motel. Three issues - our bathtub was pretty disgusting in that the drain was scummed over and hard to imagine submerging oneself into, much less step into for a shower. Also the bottom of the tub itself seemed as if the enamel had worn completely away, just overall seeming unsanitary. Secondly, checkout time was 11:00 am. At 8:00 am, we were startled by loud knocking on our door. As I opened the door, a housekeeper looked startled to see the room still occupied. She asked me “when are you leaving?” which I found a bit inappropriate. Staff should always consult with the desk to see if guests have checked out. Finally there were no amenity or welcome cards in the room notifying us of breakfast time or WiFi availability. "

"There was construction ongoing in the lobby. That was awful. Big plastic barriers hung from ceiling to floor to keep the dust from escaping. It didn't work. I felt sorry for the employees who had to work through this disruption. There was no way to know this was going on until you checked in. Just terrible."
