"I love this hotel so much and only want to stay here when I’m in New Haven. I feel a little sad that it’s gotten so expensive (most of the time) and that you don’t get free coffee anymore. Just seems a little less easy to stay at and a little less accessible to “regular” people. Not all Yale grads are wealthy. Still I love it and so do my dogs. And the front desk staff are always lovely. "

"I had to ask three times to get 2 extra pillows. In the morning housekeeping kept knocking on our door even with the do not disturb sign and I had to call the front desk to get them to stop. Location is convenient and safe. The room was clean and maintained well. The building needs some work outside, chipping paint in multiple places makes it look quite dull. "
