"The best feature about this hotel is the beautiful view of Seneca Lake and the balcony. It’s in a fairly quiet location and parking is conveniently located right in front of your door. The bathroom is tiny and there’s no vanity to put your things down on. The TV had tons of channels, but the remote was finicky and hard to operate. There was nobody in the office for the three days that we were there. The bed was comfortable and the mini coffee machine in the room made delicious hot coffee."

"Visiting my Uncle Thom who is a long time resident of Hector. This property is located in the middle of Watkins and Hector. Great location for us. Quiet property that was tastefully done. It has what is needed and some extras. There is nothing like traveling and having a full kitchen with appliances. Drew provided so good ideas on things to see and do. We wanted to utilize the fire pit although the Adirondack chairs are too low for folks with bad knees. Beds were firm enough to provide support while sleeping. That is something I appreciate. Plush soft mattresses are no good for the body. One suggestion I would make is more adequate lighting inside the units."

"We enjoyed having a full size kitchen/fridge. There is also a dishwasher. The coffee pot is full size, not a Keurig. All of this is very nice when you eat breakfast and lunch in. The kitchen has the basics, but lacks sharp knives and some of the pots and pans could be replaced. The bedding is nice. The bed is comfortable on one side. The other side seems to slant but probably because the floor is uneven. The bathroom is modern with a very nice (rain) shower. There is also a washer and dryer and large soaking tub. Overall, it was very clean.We were not happy with the noise from upstairs. It didn’t come from directly above but from the top floor. The first night there was loud music playing and a lot of loud walking around. The music stopped around 10 but the walking/running around didn’t stop until after midnight. There wasn’t any music on the second night but the walking/running around happened again until after midnight."

"Ideal location on the southeast bank of Seneca lake and perfect for a family weekend getaway. Close to lots of great options in the area. It’s a relatively small bungalow, but they’ve maximized the use of the space, and having 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) makes it a great value. The photos and descriptions are accurate, and communication with the host was easy and prompt."
