Good space
A clean space, that worked well with four adults and a child. The place is right on the ski trails and an easy walk or nordic ski to the village. Would stay there again.

Not recommended
Property was quite dated, not very clean (we had to wash dishes before using), dishwasher extremely noisy and not enough hot water for more than one shower. Getting to the unit with luggage in winter down two outdoor flights of stairs then over snow, which was unshovelled and slippery was fine for our group but not as described and I would not have booked this property had it been in the description. Not recommended.

Thanks for leaving a review, Jill. We would have loved to hear from you during your stay about the condo. I know we did speak but we didn't hear about noise or cleanliness and we would have loved to have had the cleaning team pop into the condo and make sure it was up to standards. I'm sorry about the access as this is a mountainside condo and most guests love the location but I know access can be harder too. We do hope we can welcome you back but maybe at another condo or complex that is a little more updated.

The ability to access the trails is great. In the winter, you can literally put on your skis, at the base of your own front step, and ski down to the lift line. Guests need to be aware of the following things. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is not short. You will be going up and down outside stairs with your luggage. The towel hanging situation could be improved. There are only hooks for the bath towels and there is nowhere to hang a hand towel next to the bathroom sink. Also, unlike hotel rooms and other private rentals we have used, there is no coffee packet or sugar and creamer packets for your first morning. Would we stay here again? Yes. Is it clean? Yes.

Nice Place
Nice Place. Not great for little kids though. Two flights of stairs and a muddy pathway to get to the door, so stroller access is very difficult.

Quaint place for a getaway
Perfect little place for us. Quiet and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. It’s a bit far from the village if you’re not a skier, but it’s in a great ski in ski out location. We would definitely return.

Great trip
Property was lovely, the management of this place was great, we had extra cars and silverstar got rid of the overflow over night parking so they did a great job helping us problem solve.

wonderful location which was truly ski in and out. its on the far side of the building far from the parking but if one is a skier and must choose to have their door on the run or near the car one must choose the run.

Excellent location
Perfect cozy family get away. Very clean and stocked with everything you might need. Was great to be able to watch our little ones get on the silver queen lift from our door.

Great location!
Having never stayed at Silver Star before I was unsure of a few things. Location is key when looking to do a lot of activity on the hill and this location was perfect.

Easy stay!
We loved our stay! For two days of skiing it was perfect! Only 12 steps from the front door, skis on and away we went for the day of skiing! The unit was well appointed and cosy! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our needs
Great experience. Nicely furnished & comfortable beds. Only set back is the distance & stairs to parking lot to unpack & pack vehicle. But loved the main level for the dog.
