The space was a bit tight at first, but we got used to it. 1 bathroom, the shower had plenty of hot water, but the fan (in the bathroom) made so much noise that we didn't use it. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. Cleanliness overall was good with only a few missed spots. Checking in and out was easy. itThe

Sweet spot
The property is located approximately in the middle of Vail, Breckinridge and Keystone..making it the perfect spot to rest before hitting the slopes.

Quasi-livable
Maybe I have just gotten lucky with other rentals but this one felt… dirty. Lots of hair around (like on the rugs, in the shower), a gummy worm and marker were discovered next to the couch which just made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned. Burnt out light bulbs, broken fans, dirty carpet. TVs aren’t connected to anything, and the WiFi gave out almost immediately. Sheets were rough.
All that being said, it’ll do. It’s liveable. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or stay there again but it was fine.
Condo is a little outdated. We had to put fans in all the windows to get cool air (the windows get sun most of the day). The loft is a bit stuffy, with the skylight and no windows. The walls are thin so in the master bedroom, you can clearly hear the conversations your neighbor is having. Unfortunately they were nocturnal, so you wouldn’t know they were there until you were trying to sleep. I recommend using the fan for white noise. The TV wasn’t on the network so once we fixed that we could get Netflix to work (use your own account). The condo was fine if you just need a place to land and plan to be out most of the time.

Great condo ! Lots of stairs lol !!
Very clean unit. Kids loved the bunks. Uncle loved the loft. Only physical downside was the walk from the parking lot. Loading in wasn’t fun but was good exercise before hitting the slops.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was a great property with plenty of room, however the walls seem paper thin and you can hear full conversations of rooms on your floor. The other issues comes from the wall in the primary bedroom where the plumbing is making an obnoxious spunds 24hrs a day it sounds like a pressure issue with a very loud noise making it almost impossible to sleep

Beautiful views, tons of stairs.
Really loved the lay out and decor. Amazingly gorgeous view from the deck and upstairs was large enough for my kids to be content.
However, 4 towels wasn't nearly enough. Had to do several loads of laundry (coin operated, no coin machine). The amount of unstable stairs to get to the room is crazy. If you aren't in decent shape, you'll be miserable.
Enjoyable stay; space as advertised; but had shortcomings
Overall we had an enjoyable experience. The condo was as advertised and was comfortable for our family. The kitchen had what we needed to cook and clean and the appliances all worked well. The fans in each room were helpful to keep the space cooler during the day and to bring in cooler air at night.
There were a few disappointments, though. For example, the property includes access to the pool and a game room. The property description should mention that the cost of the games is not included. Also, several of the games did not work / ate our quarters. The first few nights of our stay the pool was ice cold and not for the faint of heart. Over the course of our stay it did warm up and on our last night was quite comfortable.
The welcome email specifically said no parking pass was required to park. On our second night parking enforcement came through and placed an adhesive sticker on our window and on nearly every other car in the parking lot. The sticker informed us that we were in violation of the parking rules. I called the property management and discovered that we needed to register our vehicles. They provided the information to complete the registration, but incorrectly insisted that it was previously provided to us. And the sticker left an adhesive mess on my window that can only be removed with chemicals and a scraper. That was frustrating.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
We were ignored for a entire week the listing clearly says heating and cooling are controlled by the thermostat in the kitchen yet when we called to let them know it wasn't coming on they tried to say ac wasn't included hung up on us and the property manager NEVER called us back before or after their "weekend" power went out for 10 hours after we finally cooled the place down and not to mention the ROOF LEAKED into the master bedroom so we had to have two industrial sized fans in there to dry it for half our stay we found multiple stays for the same price or cheaper available but they wouldn't move us out refund us without the property manager who NEVER works apperantly and they still haven't contacted us days after we checked out HORRIBLE place horrible stay and i couldn't recommend it LESS if i tried

Great for a family ski weekend
Fun place for a weekend getaway. The 3 separate sleeping areas can accommodate plenty of people. Also very nice that the TV area is on a separate floor from the kitchen - kids can do one thing in one area and adults can do something else in the other.

Great place for the money
We enjoyed the layout of the condo. It's not the usual, but cool. My teenage kids loved it.
You won’t find a place that can sleep this many people for a better price. It has nice feature and amenities too, and mountain views that are very nice to wake up to. A very short drive to copper, breck and keystone.

Great place to stay for a ski trip.
The home was well managed and clean. We had a very smooth stay and would definitely stay again! We chose this home primarily because of price, but feel like we got a great deal for what we paid. Full kitchen with various appliances. Coffee maker (although no coffee or filters were provided so bring your own [we left some for next guests]). Salt, but no pepper. Plenty of towels, blankets, tissues, garbage bags, dish soap, dish washer soap, etc. The home can comfortable sleep 7, possibly more. 1 master bedroom, 1 full size bunk bed with a pull out mattress from below (3 people), and 1 full bed upstairs, plus couches. Parking was easy. Note that this unit is in building A, but Google Maps takes you to the opposite parking lot next to building D. When looking up navigation, put in "Treehouse Lodge" because the lodge is adjacent to building A (difficult to find in the dark). Overall, great stay, and will definitely use Vacasa again!
