Inside, the living room boasts modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The room is filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and views of the Blue River. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a dining table that seats 6. The private wrap-around patio off the dining area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, lots of windows with mountain views and natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. We stayed here only for one night, but it was amazing!! A short drive from downtown, but if it was the summer could have taken the walking path. Everything was clean and organized and was great for my group. Hopefully in the future we can stay for a longer visit.

Comfortable and clean townhome. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen including a keurig and coffee maker, crock pot and tools to bake with. Nicely decorated, wasn’t cluttered. Outdoor chairs but no table. The bedrooms that face road are unfortunately noisy, since the townhome sits off of main road. Also means very close to restaurants and outlets.

Very clean! Check in, check out & communication was excellent! We traveled to Breckenridge, Leadville, Vail & Steamboat Springs from this location. Weather was a refreshing cool from the humid heat back home. Blue River parkway is busy & can be loud if windows are open. Would definitely recommend!
