River West Ptarmigan Peak Condo is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. There’s also a bar with a mini fridge and drink-making gear. Then, step out onto the patio and watch the river flow by. The beautiful modern kitchen features marble counters, high-end Café brand appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for four at the counter.

The location was great. The property was exactly as listed, super clean, and perfect for our stay. We loved sitting on the back patio and listening to the river while we had our morning coffee. The access to the walking trail was great too.

This property was perfect in all ways. It was easy to find, easy to enter, very clean, all things needed in the kitchen,cute little backbporch that looked at the Blue River, great hot tub( community use-just a short walk down the sidewalk), one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a VRBO, great shower, and just an all around perfect space for our time in Silverthorne.

Silverthorne Ski Stay

The property has a great location just off I70, and many stores and restaurants near by. The view out the back overlooking the creek is really pretty! Condo is modern with plenty of amenities.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was well equipped. Beautiful place and great location. Nice and quiet and the river was lovely. We arrived after dark, so it was hard to find the correct building since the numbers of the buildings are not illuminated, but we found it. Also, could have used a can of WD40, the doors are very squeaky! Would stay again if in the area!

Best short trip ever

We rented this property in advance for a short weekend trip from Friday until Tuesday to explore and to meet up with family. It was a total of 4 adults staying in the property. We mostly went out to explore the nearby areas from like 10 am until 8 pm, so we mostly used the properly just for sleeping purposes. Also, we actually did not get to use the jacuzzi, but maybe next time! Once we walked in, we fell in love with the property. It is well kept, clean, with the perfect amount of space for 2 couples. The bedding and the towels were clean. The only negative was the fact that the renters above were very loud late in the evenings and the stomping woke us up a few times. So, maybe if traveling with super little ones, bring a sound machine.

Wonderful, relaxing trip!

My husband and I stayed here earlier this month and loved it! The view out the back is very serene and calming with the river. Be sure to take advantage of the 12 person (?) hot tub that is just a short walk away. Plenty of room to enjoy and just soak under the stars. The decor was very tastefully done. We could have easily had another couple join us or our kids. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed (and the top bed is perpendicular to the bottom, making that bottom bunk very adult friendly as it "feels" like a normal bed). Ample supplies in the kitchen, lots of extra throw blankets around. One of the closet doors was even a wine/cheese station with a wine fridge and everything. We happened to select a very slow time in Breckenridge as their schools had just started up, so every where we went it felt like we had the place to ourselves :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stunning and well-appointed condo features a beautiful patio area that sits on the Blue River in Silverthorne. We sat out all morning, reading and drinking coffee and tea... enjoying the sounds of the water flowing over the rocks and boulders in the river. So relaxing. In the afternoon, it was much of the same. The beauty of the patio is that you're in the sun when it's chilly in the morning, but you're in the shade once things heat up in the afternoon. Kitchen is stacked with premium appliances and there is a slow cooker in the large pantry. I used the mini bar to mix cocktails every evening, and my wife kept her wine in the wine fridge there. Beds felt great and it was very quiet throughout our stay. The shower in the master doubles as a steam room, which was fantastic to have in such a dry climate. Easy access to everything Summit County has to offer as well. The fireplace was so nice to have at night! Our one suggestion would be to add some dimmers to the light switches in every room... or at least find some LED bulbs that are warm white. We just used minimal lights. The bedroom is pitch black at night so maybe a nightlight in the bathroom would help too. All around this was a perfect stay!
