Das Hotel ist top gelegen (direkt an der Skipiste) und richtig schön modern , uns gefällt dieser Stil sehr . Das Personal wechselt jedes Jahr und muss somit erst mal eingelernt werden. Englisch ist mittlerweile die Hotelsprache .. Wir waren gleich zu Beginn der neuen Saison , es bleibt zu hoffen das man die kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten schnell in den Griff bekommt …

Sehr freundliches Personal, jedoch kann man sich abends keine einzelnen Speisen bestellen, sondern nur Buffet mit Auswahl des Hauptgangs - kein Zimmerservice. In der Umgebung gibt es auch keine guten Alternativen. Die Saunalandschaft ist dafür hervorragend.

Bei Ankunft wurde man schon sehr nett empfangen. Es ist super ruhig und sehr toll zum wandern. Nur leider sollte man einplanen das im Ort alle Restaurant etc um 18/19 Uhr schließen heist länger unterwegs zu sein ist ungut sonst aber toll und auch mal zum ausschalten

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Etagenbett. Die Zimmer sind wirklich toll. ABER der Schlafbereich liegt direkt IM Badezimmer. Das ist leider eine sehr unglückliche Aufteilung. Wer im Etagenbett schläft wird unweigerlich mit Licht bzw. Durchgangsverkehr konfrontiert. Der Service und das Personal waren immer bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist SEHR gut!

Natur und Idylle

Es ist sehr idyllisch. Das Hotel ist umgeben von Natur, grünen Flächen und umsäumt von Bergen. Öffnet man die Balkontür oder ein Fenster dann hört man Kuhglocken und man sieht die Kühe frei laufend, grasen. In den Sommermonaten schließen die umliegenden Restaurants schon um 18 Uhr so dass man am Abend nichts mehr unternehmen kann.

Das Design und die Lage des Hotels sind wirklich super aber leider hört es damit schon auf. Wir haben keinen deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter im Hotel angetroffen, was uns als Landessprache schon arg gewundert hat. Jegliche kleine Annehmbarkeiten, die man als Standart im Hotel erwartet haben hier gefehlt. Die Frühstücksauswahl war wirklich traurig und beim Abendessen hat es extrem lange gedauert bis das Essen nachgefüllt wurde. Wirklich schade, mit etwas mehr serviceorientierung könnte das Hotel eine gute Anlaufstelle sein, allerdings müsste hier einiges am Führungskonzept geändert werden
