Close to low traffic 118 freeway, easy commute to near by tourist destinations. 1/4 mile to local park and elementary school. Plenty of local and chain restaurants, markets and shopping in the area.

The home is comfortable, open, and bright. Kitchen and dining area are spacious. We were so glad that tge home has air conditioning because it was warmer than expected. The water pressure was great too.
