Emmanuelle was a great host! We were greeted upon our arrival with a wonderful welcome basket with lots of eggs, tomatoes, wine, etc….Very peaceful countryside setting. Absolutely perfect swimming pool. And in these excessively hot temperatures, the air conditioning was very very welcome! Spacious and comfortable with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, calm countryside, setting close to the beautiful little village of Simorre!

Fijn huis in een mooie rustige omgeving

Het verblijf in dit vakantiehuis was erg prettig en zelfs boven verwachting.De beheerder en zijn vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de communicatie verliep heel makkelijk en met veel vertrouwen wederzijds.Het huis is goed geoutilleerd, nieuw gebouwd op een ruïne en van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco bevindt zich in het hele huis, vooral met de hitte was dat erg handig.Het bescheiden zwembad is een groot pluspunt van het verblijf en dat maakt het met warm weer zeer prettig. Bij kouder weer kun je gebruik maken van de jacuzzi, buiten in de tuin in een serre. Het huis bevindt zich op een terrein waar eigenlijk niemand komt, je zit helemaal privé. Aan het eind van de doodlopende weg is een woning waar een Engels echtpaar woont.De omgeving is ook erg prettig, niet erg toeristisch gelukkig maar heel landelijk en gemoedelijk, net als de mensen die er wonen. Dichtbij ligt de mooie historische plaats Simorre met haar oude vakwerkhuizen, een paar winkels en een café met terras waar je ook kunt eten.De omgeving heeft geen spectaculaire gorges, geen beroemde stranden of buitensporige kastelen. Dit zorgt voor een prettige exclusiviteit.We denken nog weleens terug te komen, maar kunnen het verblijf nu zeker adviseren.

Splendide maison en plein nature

Nous avons passé de splendides vacances dans cette maison très bien aménagée, prevue de tout comfort utile et moderne, nous avons apprécié le calme total dans un endroit situé dans une région d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle, très chaleureux acceuil des propriétaires, fortement recommandé!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Dieses phantastische Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die absolute Alleinlage hat auch unser Hund sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und wir würden diesen Ferienort jederzeit wieder buchen. Cette maison fantastique est encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos. Notre chien a également beaucoup apprécié la situation absolument isolée. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement et nous réserverions à nouveau ce lieu de vacances à tout moment.
