Fully equipped Kitchen, King size bed and a Convertible Sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4. Patio with table, chairs and chaise lounge. 2 TVs and DVD player. This resort has 2 beautiful beaches, a large infinity swimming pool. Walking distance to restaurants, a deli and many other amenities. Casino and nightlife a short walk from resort. Many excellent restaurants very close by. Close to airport and convenient to excellent shopping in Philipsburg and Marigot.

Washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Two elevators, and ample parking.

Our timeshare is deeded, which means we own this unit for this week for 99 years. You will not have roll the dice to see what room you are staying in, or what the view will be like. Each and every year for the last 15 years we have enjoyed visiting St Maarten in January. We own 2 weeks at the beautifully and completely updates Flamingo Beach Resort. If you choose to rent both weeks, the first week you are on the 3rd floor in room 7336, the second week you will be moved on Saturday to room 7430. Both rooms have stunning views of the Caribbean Ocean, and are beach front.
