TWO side-by-side living spaces under one roof! Located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, our duplex is perfect for groups or multiple families. With a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each side of the duplex has its own fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living space, dining area, and outdoor patio. The spacious backyard has been newly renovated with a brand new fire pit, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.



You will have the entire duplex to yourself (2 side-by-side units under 1 roof). This is a single-story duplex.

Each side of the duplex features the following:



PARKING

A dedicated driveway with two parking spots each (which means a total of 4 driveway parking spots for the full duplex). There is additional free parking on the street.



LIVING AREA

As you enter the unit, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room area, tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV (no cable provided). This space is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring nearby attractions. The living room transitions into an open dining area with a table that comfortably seats six guests.



KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker with coffee supplies. You'll also find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and cooking essentials. Whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or preparing a family dinner, this kitchen has everything you need.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

-- The main bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and Smart TV. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet and is clean and modern. Ample towels, bathroom essentials, and toiletries are provided. There is a large walk-in closet with hangers.

-- The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom is in the hallway and has ample towels, bathroom essentials, and toiletries.

-- The third bedroom has a full-size bed and a designated workspace, making it ideal for business travelers or those needing a quiet area to work.



LAUNDRY

There is a large washer and dryer for laundry, along with an iron and ironing board.



-- High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, ensuring guests can stay connected and work remotely if needed.

-- The property is pet-friendly for those with furry friends. Maximum 2 dogs.

-- Each side of the duplex has a private outdoor patio out back, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence. The larger backyard space has a brand new fire pit area and is perfect for relaxing or spending time with your pet. Additionally, our duplex is situated in a residential neighborhood, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

A few things to note:



- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.



- There is a two-lane road behind the house. The duplex is very well-insulated, but during the day you may hear some light traffic noise. Many of our guests have said they've never heard it, and some others say they were bothered by it. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in each of the King bedrooms for your comfort. The vast majority of our guests do not complain.



- Our neighborhood is transitional with a mix of old and new homes, and while our guests have never had safety issues while staying with us, the area hosts an eclectic mix of people: both locals and tourists. Our duplex is one of several newly built homes on the street. Many popular restaurants and attractions are minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please feel free to read previous reviews from other guests, and/or reach out prior to booking.



- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.



- This is a residential neighborhood so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.



- Maximum of 12 guests per reservation.

Booking Requirements:

We're excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:

--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.

--Guests have positive prior reviews, or if not, a fully refundable $500 damage deposit hold will be required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.

--A separate rental agreement is required after booking and can be reviewed in advance upon request.

Check Out Instructions:

- Turn off the lights

- Lock the front doors

- Wash any dirty dishes and return them to their normal place. Or simply turn on the dishwasher before you leave, and our cleaning team will handle the rest!

- For pets: Dispose of bagged pet waste in kitchen trash bag (small bags can get stuck in the bottom of the outdoor garbage bin).
