"This was one of the best holidays we have had. The hotel is exceptional with excellent value for money. The beach is amazing and the pool was nice. The quality of the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Sameh at the reception made sure we get two rooms close to each other. The only set back was the lift being repaired but this was sorted within a day and we used for most of the stay with no issues. Would definitely come again and highly recommend."

"Service was more than excellent.. place is gorgeous.. food and dining option was great.. you don’t pay any money over your cost of stay.. Dinning was absolutely stunning and free with very fancy service . Expensive food option like Turkish and Brazilian food.. Mina in customer service was a big help.. Alaa Eldeen driving the gulf cart was nice and funny. loved it and i strongly recommend it for any one.."
