Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good and clean facilities. air condition was not working properly and there is no WiFi in the rooms and at the reception area VERY slow. Many thanks to Miss Emma for providing all information needed prior and during our visit at the Hotel!

We both had a lovely stay in your hotel and will definitely recommend to others. The general manager was very welcoming and had time out of his day to always speak which I found was very nice. Big mention to Mr Mahmoud and Mr Ramy also. The beach was great with its area for sentido guests and was nice to have some evening entertainment after your evening meal in the bar. We both thank you all so much for a great holiday and hope to see you again in the near future. Stella and Walid

Enjoyed Everything during my stay at Sierra. So Delicious food with more variety. Clean Room enjoyed with the main pool also their was Spa included The sea is so marvelous Soho square programs overall I enjoyed every minute in my stay

Great Holiday !!! Staff did all they could to make our stay enjoyable, too many good people to mention Amr, Ahmed, Mohammed just to name a few. Animation Team equally as good especially Anastasia & Sofia. Best Hotel Reef we have ever stayed at (and we have done a few in this area) - you can tell by the amount of boat trips that moor up near the hotel's pontoon. Great food at the A la carte restaurants and the kids loved the food menu served at the beach bar. Will definitely go back !!!!

We had a wonderful week of extended family holidays at Reef Oasis Blue Bay resort. Everything was excellent, starting from the friendly and super-helpful staff at the front desk, beautiful resort, several pools with gorgeous views, especially the infinity pool, amazing private beach with the beautiful reef and perfect for snorkelling, spacious and comfortable family rooms, great amenities, super-clean, and the last but not least, the generous service of the resort team in each and every aspect....
