Genügend Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe und freies Parken.
Strand ist klein aber sehr fein mit Bar/Cafe im Hintergrund

"Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, aber die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr schlecht! (nach der Buchung konnte man im Kleingedruckten lesen)Keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klima, Mülltüten, Wlan und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch, aber 5 separate Mülleimer auf dem Balkon, sehr gemütlich.
Der hohe Preis kann nur der zentralen Lage zur Stadt geschuldet sein. "

"Dès l'arrivée, il a fallu que nous allions retirer de l’argent car le depot de caution se fait uniquement en cash. La reception et la piscine sont dans un hotel qui est a environ 200m de la résidence. Nous avons eu des difficultés a trouver une place de parking disponible et parfois nous avons du nous garer plus loin dans la rue. Le logement etait tres bruyant et nous avions une odeur d’egout dans la salle de bain. Tres mauvais rapport qualite/prix "

"We loved the quiet place in 10 min drive distance to San Teodoro. We booked the house for 2 families. Second appartement has separate entrance, so you need to go outside to reach the kitchen. "

"The property was good and perfect size for our group. The host Salvatore was always making sure our stay was pleasant.
We experienced very hot days, and the A/C could keep up with the outside heat.
The pictures on the VRBO site were not updated, so we found out that the kitchen was renovated, which was great. We had a very nice and ample patio
The location was a 5 min drive to to the town of San Teodoro and very close to very nice beaches"

"Massimo, the hotel manager couldn’t have been more attentive. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and the pool was a great addition.
There was no lift in the hotel, so if you require disabled access this may be an issue but it was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfy. Quite basic but still good for the value of money.
It’s a short walk to the village centre with some really lovely restaurants and markets. Was a great trip. Would recommend. "

"It’s a really beautiful place. Pools were a super addition and their private beach was beautiful. They offered a free shuttle to the beach which was helpful as it’s about a 20 min walk from the rooms.
The onsite restaurant is really great and they offer take away which was handy as sometimes we wanted to stay in the room and relax. We had the pleasure of staying in a small cabin and it was gorgeous for a couple of romantic nights with my partner. It was quiet, great bathroom and comfy bed.
Very clean and a beautiful sea view.
The only downside is the check in time of 5pm. We arrived early and they did allow us to use the facilities whilst we waited, and said we would be contacted if the room was ready before, it wasn’t. Which seemed quite long but it was still okay.
Check out is 10am which seems crazy for a 5pm check in. That’s the only downside. Really great stay. Would stay again."

"Good parking. Short-ish walk to the main town centre, bars, restaurants and the evening market. Decent options for breakfast, cured meats, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. A good range of lunch options, too. Bar service was very good although it did close at 23:00. You need to be in town for drinks any later than that. There is a shuttle bus available to the local beach which is beautiful with crystal clear waters. See photo for the schedule that applied when we visited in Aug '25. There is a good sized pool when you'd rather not get sand between your toes. Lifeguard is on duty for the majority of the day. He does have a day or two off over the week though (quite rightly). "
