"This is a great hotel with a young and welcoming staff. The hotel is on the edge of a neighborhood in transition but It’s just a short walk to the historic area. Love the hotel and if I ever return to Ghent I would stay at Pillows again. "

"The staff super nice and helpful. The train is just a couple of minutes walk away and takes you straight into town. The food and coffee were great. The esthetics of the hotel are on the older side but it was very clean so I did not mind. I think the only negative is the loop driving around to get to the hotel. The signs aren’t the greatest so you may miss it the first time. This is not the hotels fault though so nothing negative really to say about this place. "
