It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. When I ask for towels for pool at 10 am they told me maybe afternoon in the afternoon they told me tomorrow, definitely will not recommended this hotel for price at all and I will cut one star , if the price will be half from what they offering. Then it will make a sense but still cleaning is important. Otherwise food and drinks were really good 👍

Litt skuffet denne gangen. Men god mat og god seng. Men vi fikk handicap bad, og døren gikk veldig tregt opp Ikke renhold på balkong. Renhold hver 3.dag hvis ikke du ba om oftere. Manglet håndklær når vi kom, og det tok flere timer før vi fikk.

Nagyon tetszik a szálloda wellness részlege, emiatt visszatérő vendégek vagyunk. Az étteremben az ételek finomabbak, mint régen, legutóbbi tartózkodásunk alatt az összes étel nagyon ízletes volt. A szobákban tisztaságot tapasztaltunk. A recepción mindenki kedves, segítőkész.

Szép környezet, kedves személyzet. A szobában nincs kávé és tea bekészítés, ami ezen a szinten, ezen az áron már elvárható. A fürdőköpeny külön kupon ellenében vehető át ami kissé megalázó, mert lopást feltételez, akárcsak a vállfák speciális, "lopásmentes" típusa. Az étkezés bőséges, de inkább a mennyiségre koncentrál, nem a minőségre. A leves minden este hideg volt, a pékáru asztalán elég sok hangya mozgott. A wellness teljesen rendben volt.

Schöne Hotelanlage

Schöne Hotelanlage und auch Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber doch noch guter Zustand. Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher Auftreten. Vorallem wollten sie beim Essen immer sofort die Teller etc. wegräumen, so fühlt man sich dann leider etwas gestresst. Zudem finde ich die Preise für Getränke beim Abendessen etwas hoch.

Kissé csalódás

Húsvétra volt foglalásunk két háromágyas Superior szobára. A szobákat nem rakták egymás mellé. Az egyik szoba valóban gyönyörű Superior háromágyas szoba volt kanapéval, modern berendezéssel (sajnos a fürdőben a radiátor nem működött), a másik valószínűleg egy kétágyas szoba pótággyal, ami eléggé le volt lakva. Ebben a szobában zavaró hőség volt, légkondi nem működött. A wellness nagyon szép, melegvízű minden medence sok élményelemmel. Viszont a szaunáknál legnagyobb szauna egyáltalán nem működött. A vizet nem mindig töltötték fel. Első és második nap a pihenő terasz zárva volt. Az úszómester a padlót nem víztelenítette, délután több gyerek is elcsúszott, és megütötte magát. Nem mindig jutott szauna lepedő. A vacsoránál 20.00 óra után nem igazán töltötték fel a pultot (pl. sütemények). Pozitívum, hogy a gyerekek kaptak palacsinta kupont és lehetett lángost venni.

A hotel szép. DE, a csaladiszoba ami ket egybenyithato reszbol allt, nagyon kenyelmetlen. Az ajtok eltorlaszoltak a bejaratot es a WC-t. A zuhanyzo tele volt hangyával. Kertunk szibavserez ami kenyelmesebb, a recepcion a holgy felarasra akarta cserelni (+30.000 HUF), mindezt ugy hogy online egy lakosztalgyt ugyanennyiert lehetett foglalni felar nelkul. Fel napot kellet varni a koltozesre. A medencek jok de az odavezeto folyosokon hideg van. Minden gyerek megfazott. Osszessegeben nem erte el 4 csillagos elvarast.

Ants in the room

Spa and wellness is good. View and location is lovely due to Lake Balaton. Staff was friendly and nice. However we had a much better experience 9 years ago when we stayed for a few nights. We had a few dissapointment at this time. After arrival there was a half roll of toilet roll for 3 of us. So called the reception, it still has not arrived. Hubby needed to ask 2 hours later from the cleaners. In our room (1019) there was plenty of ants everywhere, and other insects. Surfaces and switches were sticky. Bathroom has mold etc. I assume a good deep cleaning would be useful.. Far too expensive for a quality of the room. I would give maximum 2 star, definitely not 4 star. Not to mention a fridge, it did not work. Balcony has not been cleaned either. Food was avarage, we liked the dinner choise.

Koselig hotell rett ved Balatonsjøen. Minuset her er at middagen er buffe. Men fortvil ikke de har en premium avdeling og det går Ann å oppdatere til denne. De har rom samt en rikholdig frokostbuffet og 5 retters allacart meny til middag. Så neste gang bestiller vi direkte i premiumavdelinge. Veldig bra personell som står på pinne for deg

schöner Seezugang und nette Poollandschaft

Der Seezugang und die Poollandschaft sind sehr schön, das Essen entspricht allerdings nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel (Auswahl beschränkt und auch die Qualität hat mich nicht überzeugt). Vor allem der Restaurant-Bereich ist meiner Ansicht nach renovierungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer war sauber und recht nett, allerdings nicht die Dusche (Duschtüre funktionierte nicht und Fugen gehören dringend erneuert) Getränkepreise sind überteuert

schönes hotel direkt am see

das hotel befindet sich direkt am see und ist ca 1km von der partymeile entfernt (ca 5-10min zu fuss). es ist sehr ruhig und ein familienhotel. der aufenthalt war angenehm.
