"The check in was efficient. The room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast was nothing to brag about: biscuits and sausage gravity. Cold cereal and yogurt. Bananas were nice. "

"All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the girl who was at the desk and checked us in when we arrived. I forgot her name but she had pretty purple hair. What I didn't like was having very little choices for eating or dining. The main dining room was closed on Sunday and Monday which I was very disappointed with and was surprised that a casino would close the dining room down for 2 days. We had to drive someplace to eat."

"The customer service was excellent! I had gotten in after a long day of traveling and it was very close to closing at the 1854 Grille and I asked if they were still open to make something quick and they were more than happy to do so without hesitation. Front desk staff was just as great. "
