This hotel was surprisingly huge. We got lost a few times much to our embarrassment. It was a wonderful place to stay. Easy to find, right off the interstate. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! The pool and waterslide was great fun for our 8 year old. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, but coffee was in a strange location and did not have real half and half. Pool is great for the whole family, just wish it was open a little earlier. But I understand that people want to sleep, but hard to explain that to kids who wake up at 7:30! Overall, would definitely stay there again.

The pool was great for the kids. Our bathtub was not cleaned and the water wouldn’t drain well which was gross. Check out was 11am but we had room service knocking at 8:45am. After I finally went to the door to tell them we were still sleeping (I had young children with me), they woke up from the cleaning lady knocking on all the other doors.

We really appreciate this hotel for accommodating our early check-in, even with an additional fee. Our room was clean and comfortable overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The bedroom door was extremely difficult to open and close. It required a lot of force to pull, which caused me terrible muscle pain after having to do it repeatedly throughout our stay. I would especially not recommend this for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. There was also no telephone in the room, which was a first for us. Whenever we needed something, such as pool towels or a plastic bag for the ice bucket, we had to walk all the way to the front desk. Unfortunately, our room was also located quite far from the main lobby, which made this even more inconvenient. That being said, we still enjoyed our stay. My kids absolutely loved the indoor water park, and we truly appreciated that the hotel welcomed and accommodated our puppies. 🐶❤️ Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but addressing these issues would make the experience much more convenient and comfortable for guests.l.
