Accomodations adequate and tidy, nice showers, clean linens, comfortable beds. Kitchen was disappointing: coffee cups not clean; oven was very dirty with grease on the bottom and food stuck to the racks; lower cabinets & under kitchen sink dirty and unkempt!

Effortless lodging

Lovely
We came for a concert. It was easy to order a Lyft or Uber from the property to the venue. Quiet neighborhood and the host was lovely to communicate with. Clean, spacious and easy check in/out processes as well! Will be back!

Cozy and cute
The inside was cute and met our needs. We didn't have kids, but if you bring them, supervise them in the back yard. There is uneven cement. This is a good VRBO if you are coming and going and enjoying Sioux Falls. Very close to everything. A great location.

The Lemon House!
I absolutely LOVED this house. My husband and I both agreed it would be the perfect kinda home for us to buy one day. It’s cute and comfortable. The lemon theme was EVERYTHING. I highly suggest staying here!

Stop over on road trip to Yellowstone
Jared was super responsive and cordial. This was just a one night layover on a roadtrip, so served our party of six adults perfectly. The home was clean and looked exactly as depicted in the pictures.

The house is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is near downtown and a little run down, but the owners have done a great job fixing up this property!

Girls’ Night Out
We had a group of 6 women stay. The house was clean and met our needs. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space. The house was very warm though even though the air was set at 70. We couldn’t use covers at night on the 2nd floor. The location to downtown and the falls was great. The neighborhood was very scary though. Very close to a park of homeless people. The houses on both sides of this property were very worrisome.

Bach party HQ
7 of us stayed in this house for a bach weekend in Sioux Falls. Close enough to downtown for us to walk. Very clean and cute house. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms were nice. I hate to complain about the neighbors since its not a reflection of the host and there isn't much to be done, but just be aware the neighbors are loud and there is just a lot going on at the property next door at all hours.

4 couples stayed and had a wonderful time. Very close to the venue and the falls. Great little downtown area and recommend. The Barrel House. Cute and comfortable home for 8 adults.

My sister's, Mom and I stayed here. Great lul place. A little further from downtown than we would've liked, but still pretty close. Shopping in the area is great and lots of entertainment. Overall a nice stay and cozy.

Great house for any size group. House was very clean and decorated nice. Close to anything you might need. We had 8 people that stayed and there was plenty of room. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This home was adorable, very clean. Jared was incredible to work with. The property was located near falls park, which was decorated and very nice to walk to. Jared was very responsive to all messages. I had not used VRBO before and he very helpful. He was accommodating with our check in time. The bedrooms were spacious and well decorated. The living room was very cozy. The neighbor is not a reflection of Jared or his property, but they did cause us some concern.

This Old House
The house is old but lots of modern updates made our stay quite comfortable. Lots of window film to block view of questionable property next door, but still let in a lot of natural lighting. Fun surprise chimney in the center of the upstairs bedroom.
