We love this house so much!!!!!! It is so cozy and by far the best house we have stayed at. The beds are comfy and James is amazing to work with. When we come to Sioux Falls this is the only place we want to stay and will arrange our trips around this place.

Great property. We loved the rustic feel. It is much larger on the inside then appears in picture. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, great kitchen, coffee provided, family diner table, and comfortable living room. We stayed for a business trip and worked great. Nice space!

It’s a cute house, with a lot of space, and a nice outdoor area. It’s literally across the street from the convention center and an easy drive to downtown. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

Everything we needed

Super cute and clean! Easy to access and was a short distance from shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the yard was not fully fenced, so we had to leash our dogs, but other than that, it was everything we needed. Will stay here again.

A lot of updates & very clean. Everything seemed new and in good shape. A very comfortable layout, bigger inside than appears from outside. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We had a nice stay.

This was a perfect rental property, especially for those with pets. The house was beautifully updated with tons of space and a great layout. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. AC worked great throughout the house (it was 100 outside when we were there). Highly recommend.
