Lovely home close to everything

This was such a nice place to stay! It is a beautiful and well kept home. It has everything you could need. Great location and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

We have stayed here multiple times. The location is great. The house is perfect for our family. Only suggestion would be a TV in the master bedroom.

Nice weekend.

2 day get away

Other than having the wrong code to get in it was a very nice location. Could walk to many restaurants. Enjoyed the large table to play games and cards on. The house and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

In Town For National Trapper’s Convention

Everything was as listed on the site. It was very well stocked and had everything that you would need. We just had a little hiccup with the code for the door but a quick call to James and we were in! If we are ever back in Sioux Falls we will definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfy

Very nice. It had everything we needed. The garage was nice to have since it snowed one night. So many places to go to within walking distance. The Vinyl Taco was the coolest place!

The house was easy to get to. A little problem with the access code. The house very nice, and in a good area. There are a lot lot of things close by. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Perfect little getaway!

We had a great experience at this home. Very clean & well kept, with everything you could need for your stay! Close to great restaurants, sports bar and the convention center (just 10 min away). The driveway was iced in (unable to get into garage), but the weather was quite bad at the time! Would stay again for sure.

Well appointed and spotless

Tasteful furnishings. Kitchen and bathrooms appointed well. Bed and linens very comfortable. Owner very responsive and pleasant. Excellent value. And of course the most important, our little dog loved the big backyard. We would definitely recommend and book again if ever in Sioux Falls.

Excellent Central Location

This property is located right off 41st between Kiwanis and Western and is ideally suited to travel anywhere in the Sioux Falls area, with many restaurants, shops, and services in easy walking distance. The property was clean and equipped with every possible convenience for a comfortable stay of any duration, we stayed eight days and it was perfect. Two items about this property which I don't think is included in the description: (1) The laundry room is located down a flight of stairs in the basement. There is a beautiful new washer and dryer but if you have mobility issues with stairs the laundry location could be problematic. (2) Both the driveway and the garage are shared space with the adjacent VRBO unit. This didn't present any problem for us, we didn't use the garage in any case, but if you are particularly sensitive to sharing space with strangers you should be aware of this configuration.

Just What We Were Looking For

Great Location, clean and well appointed little bungalow. All rooms were a great size and were comfortable. Very clean. Only a couple of little improvements recommended, the master king bed mattress needs to be replaced as the bed is becoming a canoe. And extra soap for the showers would be nice too, otherwise easy and we would recommend to anyone. Thank you!!

The house was very clean. The toilet in the master was clogged for a day but we finally got it unclogged. The yard is in terrible shape. Other than that it was nice.

Overall pretty nice

The duplex was nice and clean. Linens were great. Supplies, soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, shower soap was supplied, which was nice. Only issue we had was the place smelled a little musty and the master bathroom shower sprayed out the shower door so we used the other shower. The fenced in yard is nice for bigger dogs like ours, but I would not trust smaller dogs because there are a lot of gaps in the fence. Location was nice and close to many amenities and restaurants. Use of garage was a plus because we brought our bikes with. We did leave a few days early and let the owner know, but he never responded. We did not expect a refund, but a response would have been nice. Overall it was an okay place to stay.

Very clean, quiet, and allows dogs!

Properties that allow dogs to stay are limited, even more so for large dogs (2 adult golden retrievers)... but thanks to this VRBO we could see family and bring the dogs rather than board them. There is a reason this listing is highly rated! To allow pets, and be noticably clean is nothing short of miraculous!!! The bathrooms were great, the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. I'm not exaggerating when I say I slept better on their bed and pillow than I have at any other accommodations with my expensive pillow (which we forgot to bring). I have a sensitive nose and there wasn't a weird smell to anything, just the clean, "just washed" clean you are hoping for. What WE loved: Nice/newer appliances (including washer and dryer updated since posted photos), mini-lamps with USB port on bedside tables and in living room (perfect for unfamiliar 'terrain' after dark), large yard for dogs to stretch out and play. An overall updated and clean, yet comfortable feel that fit our needs to a T! Oh, and brilliantly they had Kleenex boxes everywhere you wished there was one! Cold weather = 'defrost sniffles' when you come in and they had us covered! :) Thank you again, we will be back!! -A&B Buck-Kemp

Amazing property

We were in town for a softball tournament, 4 adult coaches and 1-15 year old team player. The location was great within 2 miles of the fields and everything to restaurants and shopping were within 10 to 15 minutes away. Besides having a very comfortable home to stay in with updated appliances. We really appreciated the little extra touches to made us feel welcomed such as coffee, detergent for the washers, individual make-up wipes, paper plates etc. Also, the beds and bedding compared to a 5 star hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient

Convenient, quiet, clean. That covers everything an older couple needs to enjoy their stay in Sioux Falls. We enjoyed our granddaughter’s wedding and visited with friends and relatives - all made easy because our rental was in a great location and very comfortable. The Perkins restaurant next door is an added plus for breakfast!
