Checkout this 4 bedroom, 2 bath that backs up to Riverdale Park! Enjoy the firepit in the fenced off backyard and the tennis courts, playground, and bike trail right next door! This stylishly remodeled home has new everything! From appliances, to cabinets to furniture, this place has it all. Neighborhood is quit and off the beaten path, but close enough to the interstate to make getting around town easy!

This house was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. They even had a Christmas tree set up that we could put our presents under! House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We went to a concert in Sioux Falls and wanted a different atmosphere for visiting than a Hotel. Everything in the home was amazing. Loved being by the walking trail too! Beautiful park too!

We absolutely loved this property for our girls weekend trip! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was also great as it was very quiet. Enjoyed the firepit too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for family!

Very close to public park and walking/biking trail. This home was perfect for our family gathering with adult children/grandchild. The rooms are nicely sized, very functional, and clean. The home offered everything we needed, was clean and the process was excellent. We made all our meals in the kitchen and used the outside grill. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor spaces in addition to the living areas inside. Very positive experience!

This home was amazing. So clean and well appointed! While it was too cold to enjoy the deck and back yard, it looked very nice. My notes to James with a couple of pre-check-in questions were answered in a very timely fashion.

Holiday Family Gathering

Very nice accomadations. We had a good time. The backyard and proximity to a park makes us want to come back for a stay during a warmer season. Price was very reasonable so that makes repeat visit more likely.

The house was exactly as described. It was a great location with a fenced in backyard and park right behind the house. It was close to where we needed to be and the manager was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will stay again!

Perfect VRBO when you have littles

This VRBO is very well taken care of, plenty of room and has a park right behind it. It made our day when we saw pickle ball courts and found pickle ball paddles and balls in the closet to use :) we were there for a family wedding and it worked out perfectly. So close to the airport and easy to find

Great place and location

We stayed at this house in Sioux Falls while we were in South Dakota to tour SDSU in Brookings. The house is very clean, updated and well maintained - it’s just like the photos. We have two teens who enjoyed having the lower level to themselves. It’s also a great value. The location next to the park was wonderful. It’s also a short drive to the lovely downtown area (we enjoyed some great restaurants). We’d definitely stay again!

The space was great for our family. The two levels worked out well. The weather was chilly, so we didn't take advantage of the park behind the house, but it looked nice for little kids. Super convenient. Nicely updated.

Short Weekend Stay

This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)

Friends vacation

We stayed with 4 couples. Living rooms up and down were the perfect set up for all of us to visit and play games. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the fire pit and pickle ball courts. Everything was clean! Host was responsive to messages. Only thing we would change would be the softness of the mattresses- they were very firm! Thanks for a great stay!

LHS 50th Class Reunion

This house is a diamond in the ruff. It is conveniently located with easy access to the interstate and just a short distance to downtown. There were 6 of us who shared this lovely renovated home. We all grew up on the East side of Sioux Falls, so we felt right at home. The outside space was a bonus. The deck has a table that sits 8 and the lower level has a wonderful firepit for evening fires under the stars. My girlfriends couldnt stop commenting on what a great find this was. Much more affordable than a hotel room and way more cozy. We would stay again in a heartbeat. My niece even commented that if this house ever went on the market she would love to buy it!
