Enjoy this recently updated 2 bed 2 bath with 2 stall garage in a nice neighborhood! This home is perfect for seeing Sioux Falls as it is just a quick drive to the interstates and then access to anywhere in town! The home just had a complete makeover with stylish flooring and all new furniture and appliances! There is tons of space to relax in the 3 seasons room and the den. Enjoy some backyard space and your own garage! Just Half a mile to the SF Bike Trail and tons of parks!!

Very nice accommodations!

Perfect for our family! We were visiting for a family wedding and this home worked well for us with our adult children. It was very well cared for and clean in a nice area of Sioux Falls. It was convenient to everything we needed too.

Lovely stay

We needed a place close to the new house we were buying until we could wrap up the paperwork. This property was convienent, clean, and even though we had to book last minute everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!!!

Enjoyed everything about this property. Location was super convenient for traveling the nearby area and easy for grocery, gas and everything else. Property was exactly as described and super clean. House was great and comfortable. Had everything I needed. The only thing I wish I knew before booking that there is not a enclosed/fenced in yard. That fenced in yard would make it 5 star!

Felt like home

Comfortable and cozy! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about this house. It was clean and attractive, and in a nice location of Sioux Falls. We especially enjoyed the sunroom and backyard space. Kitchen and laundry room were great and appreciated being able to use the garage. We'll definitely want to return for another visit.

Convient location. Nice to have a garage to park in. Turn around in driveway very convenient. Spacious kitchen. Only two things lacking, tall toilets and a recliner.

Sioux falls getaway

My family loves this place and have stayed here multiple times. The only thing for improvement would be cleanliness. The floors were dirty. Toilet rims need to be cleaned. Ceiling fans covered in dust. We will stay here again!! Great location!!

Clean house with many updates. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 of us to sleep, eat and play games. The only drawback was that the back yard was not fully fenced in. Granted the listing never said it was, but the pictures led me in that direction. That’s on me. Bottom line is that I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.
