  • Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. This unit has two beds. One King size Tempur-Pedic style memory foam bed, one queen size memory foam bed, and a sofa couch w/ a memory foam topper. We keep our place highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.

    Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. The house listed is on the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. The house is centrally located; it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Zoo.

Great Place to Crash Land!

We came to Sioux Falls for a graduation and to visit a college. The hosts were highly communicative, responding immediately to an issue with the door lock and then checking in later to make sure all was still well. They had everything we needed. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect for three adults

We had a wonderful stay here! My sister, my brother and myself stayed here five nights, and the space was perfect for us. We had two bedrooms which were comfortable and a fold out couch, which we did not use. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook breakfast each morning. The place was very clean and comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent! We would definitely stay again.

Lower Unit, As Described, Great Location

Had everything we could have wanted for a comfortable stay; clean and nicely appointed! Kitchen well equipped for all our cooking needs and the entire unit was just as pictured. Only surprise was that it was a bit noisy. Being on lower level we could hear the people upstairs move about. The host was responsive and overall we had a very nice stay!

Clean and safe!

I stayed here while my husband was having surgery at one of the local hospitals. The property was very clean and Rubin was excellent at responding to any needs I had while I was there. I stayed in a bottom unit. If footsteps above bother you, maybe consider one of the top units. If the units are rented out, parking in back can be a bit tricky. I ended up parking on the street most nights. It wasn't a big deal to me as the neighborhood felt very safe. Just wanted to point that out if that is a deal-breaker for anyone. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable, a keypad lock on both entry doors, complementary coffee and large TV. Would definitely recommend; especially in comparison to what you pay for a hotel.
