Work trip to Sioux Falls

We had a great stay in Sioux Falls. This place was easy to access and only a 15 minutes walk from the main strip (Phillips Ave). It was nice to have a tv in each room and the hot water kettle worked great.

My favorite place to stay in Sioux Falls!

Sophisticated on Spring is the perfect place to stay. It’s quiet, comfortable and located within walking distance of the Falls and Phillips Avenue. The owner has done a great job to make it comfortable with plenty of thoughtful touches.

Great Location

The small apartment was perfect for our needs- and perfect for two people! It is located just a few blocks from the downtown district, and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit!

Great 3 day stay

We had a great stay. I had to contact the host a couple times prior to our stay, and they were quick to respond. I had my dog with me, and a couple family members. It was a great space and neighborhood for us. Very clean. The accomodations and little "extras" were appreciated.

Dog-friendly apartment

We took our dog along for his first travel experience and selected this property for our weekend in Sioux Falls because of the dog-friendly amenities. It did not disappoint! Cozy and clean, the apartment was just what we needed for our brief stay. It is close to a lot of other central locations in the city and the neighborhood was perfect for a dog-walk or two. Recommend and will likely stay here again.

Great location, cute apartment

Nice place in an old building. Parking was occasionally tough and there wasn't a living room, but for our stay it was fine. Window AC struggled to keep up during the day, but did just fine at night even in July. Location is superb, so close to downtown!

Weekend Trip

Everything went really smoothly with my family's weekend trip.The owner was extremely helpful, understanding and very responsive. They even were concerned with my family size with the space provided but since we didn't need much it work out perfct. If you're looking for cute place to stay in city, I wouldn't even second guess booking this location again..

Great quick-stay place

We drove up and were a little skeptical with the property next door. Check in and out was great. Good walking distance to our event. Sleeps 4 adults only…two bedrooms/ 2 Queen beds. No living room/ couch Clean place and attentive host. Both bedrooms had TVs.I know it’s an older multi-unit place but the floors were comically uneven, gave us a bit of a chuckle but definitely would recommend.

Mother daughter weekend

Check in was easy. I liked the detailed booked for check out instructions. I liked the property for a short stay. There is no oven for making meals for an extended stay. I was happy there was a small couch in one of the rooms so we could watch TV. The neighborhood was a little intimidating for us. All the neighbors have no trespassing signs. The house was secure.

Nice place/not an apt

Nice place - well kept and clean and pretty finishes. It was definitely not an apartment in the traditional sense of the word - no common space like a living room or anything.

Ok property

The apartment is small. It was clean. It does not sleep 5 as was advertised. There is not a couch fit to sleep on. It is next to a very busy street in what felt like a questionable neighborhood. We had to wear the ear plugs offered to sleep. We also had a problem with the electricity in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to that issue. There was also a strong sewer smell in the area that came into the apartment.

Nice Apartment- Loud Neighborhood

Trains, sirens, loud motorcycles/cars and lots of traffic. It’s a very noisy area. Nothing you can really do about that and I was not knowledgeable about the area . The apartment itself was nice. Decorated cute, had all the items you’d need in the kitchen and even had extra fans for the rooms. Host was very responsive.

Just What You Need

This cute little apartment was perfect for my little weekend getaway to Sioux Falls. The location is great, within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars and shops, as well as Falls Park. The two bedrooms are sizeable. The eat-in kitchen is perfect for grabbing a quick meal before heading out. It's well stocked with everything needed. And so is the bathroom. Little amenities everywhere! Communication with the property owner was quick and helpful when I had a question. The place was impeccably clean and the neighborhood quiet. Off street parking was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint apartment close to downtown

Loved the close proximity to the downtown Sioux Falls Park and all it has to offer within a short walking distance. Well appointed unit. Only thing missing was a stove and a common sitting room but we managed. We were visiting our children so on the go anyway so it was only in the evening that we were really missing a sofa and chair to relax in. Being able to cook a fresh breakfast each morning would have been great but we are flexible enough and adjusted. Everything else was great. Would consider again for a weekend stay. Thank you!

Quick Business Trip

Neighborhood had quite a bit of “action”. People watching you and approaching you, as you let out your pet or open/closed your vehicle. I’ve lived in SF for 10 years prior to the stay but this was one of the few times I made sure I was aware of who was watching me and approaching me. The building had more recent renovations done on it. But the older portions still had some effect on the stay. It was summer and the building was humid - so the window AC unit needed to run 24/7 which was loud and noisy. The age also comes through with the sound of footsteps and traffic to the other units in the building as well. I was appreciate of the central location and openness to pets. Not many locations had these features!
