(o) Capacity: The home comfortably accommodates 8 adults. It includes three bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed. There's also an additional queen-size floor mattress available for extra flexibility during your stay.
✸ Accessibility: This home is easy to get into with just 5 short steps leading up to the front entrance. Once inside, nearly everything is on one main level — with the exception of the third bedroom upstairs and the laundry area located in the basement.
✸ Parking: The driveway can easily fit three vehicles. Please note, the driveway has a slight slope, which may be challenging during the winter months due to potential snow and ice.
✘ Please do NOT park on the street — for your safety and convenience, we highly recommend using the driveway during your stay.
✸ Trash: Trash bins are conveniently located at the back of the property. Guests are welcome to dispose of trash at any time during their stay.
✸ Heating/Cooling: The home is equipped with central heating and cooling. Guests are welcome to adjust the thermostat anytime for their comfort and convenience.
