Bad Stay

It was very hot outside, and had traveled a long way, when we tried to check in the front desk/ manager/ cleaner tried to tell me I booked a smoking room. My wife has asthma and I will not take my kids in a smoking room, so I asked them for refund to go somewhere else. They said they would not refund so we had to stay. The room was not cleaned up properly, as the bathroom tub was dirty so we wiped it out our shelves and the tub plugged, the toilet plugged, the sink plugged as well and a/c did work as it blew hot air out making it miserable. I went out many times and all they would do is sent the grandpa to come and fix it. I think that this hotel is poorly owned and ran and needs inspection..

Front desk was slow and unfriendly. Room was not clean. Requested and paid for rollaway that was never brought. We had to go retrieve it ourselves. Not worth the price.

Was good...we weren't looking for anything fancy. Price was great. Took about 15min to get checked in is my only complaint.

Check out is at 11am. Someone unlocked my door and tried to open it at 10.40am. I said that I was checking out at 11am and the lady responded that she was just making sure!

Value proposition and not much else.

The first thing you need to know about this place is that it is old. The building has that 70’s feel to it. The rooms are comfortable but once again old. When someone else runs their water, you can hear it throughout the hotel. The location is convenient. Tons of food and convenience stores nearby. It’s a total value proposition.

Do not stay

There were bedbugs! When I called management to come to the room they were not helpful or apologetic, they went as far as to insinuate that I might have brought them in. I showed them multiple bugs in different stages that were crawling on the bed and they refused to acknowledge that they were bedbugs. I was in the room for a total of 6 hours. They did not offer any compensation or help and basically asked me to leave asap.
