'The Lounge #2' is newly renovated, cozy and is the perfect get away for guests to enjoy all that Sioux Falls has to offer. It is located in the heart of Sioux Falls adjacent to Sanford Hospital, a mile from downtown and 2 miles from the Denny Sanford Premier Center and the Minnehaha Country Club.

Enjoy the amenities of a 65” Smart TV, foosball, board games, a fully equipped kitchen and a private, vinyl fenced-in back yard. We can host up to 8 guests in our 2 high end JUNA queen beds, 1 queen pull out couch one twin couch and 1 single chair/bed conversion unit.

House was perfect for our little family to stay at and unwind after a day at the zoo and the falls and some shopping with the grandkids. Nice place that was exactly as advertised. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Close to downtown
Booked for a night to attend Christ Stapleton concert. Property is a five minute Uber ride from downtown. Allowed family to have a space to be together before and after concert. Great communication from hosts and property as advertised. No problems at all.

This property was very close to downtown and the Falls so that was nice. I appreciated the fenced in yard and that our dog was welcome to stay. Quiet neighborhood was nice too.

The homeowners were quick to respond as soon as I checked in and realized that someone else was already staying there. After speaking to the property owner and VRBO customer service, it appears the issue was with the platform and NOT the property owners. From what I was able to see, the property looked as it was advertised. The property was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and located centrally. I would definitely try to stay here at some point.
