en hotel que no ofrece lo que dice, es la primera mala experiencia que tengo con hoteles.com. el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado ni personal de administración, solo una personal de jardinería que es el que daba las llaves, la piscina del hotel era una piscina que se rellena y dicen que tenían otra en un anexo. por el precio que ofrecían y las fotos pensé que era algo bueno no un chiquero.

No nos pusieron papel higiénico nunca apesar que se pidió, ni toallas nisiquiera de manos El aire acondicionado no servía y no había ventilador como segunda opción , así que si se va la luz o hay apagones es terrible el calor La piscina no lucia muy limpia
