"First one negative, but please read the rest of the review. Upon check in the person checking us in put a tip option on the machine I was paying with my credit card, minimum 18%. She said it was for cleaning staff. I declined. Our room was not facing the ocean but otherwise was extremely nice. Very roomy and beds were comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant in the building and it was fantastic. "

"This house is beautiful, spacious, homey and very clean. The host is amazing, always available for questions, and so accommodating. We spent over 2 weeks there and enjoyed family visits in the cost living room."

"Clean, never needed to contact owner. Dog loved it and even the dog bed left for her to use. Only suggestion is to install hooks or coat rack at entry door so not to drag in rainy jacket. Need to bring laundry soap but store close by. Bath on 1st floor so never used large bed in loft.Loved watching the view.Thankyou for a wonderful place."
