Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a luxurious king bed, large windows overlooking the woods, and a spacious walk in closet. A private en suite bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower, and dual vanities, creating a spa like experience.

Two additional bedrooms on the main floor offer comfortable accommodations, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds. These rooms share a nearby full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Downstairs, two more spacious bedrooms provide flexibility for larger groups. One includes a king bed, while the other features two queen beds and a crib. A shared bathroom between these rooms offers a double vanity and walk in shower.

All bedrooms feature hospitality grade mattresses, luxury linens, and Chromecast enabled TVs. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort.

Bathrooms are stocked with allergy free, eco friendly toiletries including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hairdryers are provided for guest use.

Kitchen and Living Spaces
The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances including a whisper quiet dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, and toaster. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided along with a starter supply of Door County Coffee K Cups and individual coffee packets.

The dining area offers ample seating for shared meals and at home game nights.

The main living room centers around a gas fireplace with plush seating and a mounted Smart TV, creating a cozy space to relax after a day exploring Door County. Just off the living room, a secondary leisure space with soft seating offers a quieter spot to read, work, or enjoy conversation.

Starkhaus is nestled in a peaceful, wooded setting just off the main drag of Sister Bay. The multi level deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, surrounded by trees and fresh air. The fire pit area is a guest favorite, complete with Adirondack chairs and roasting sticks for s’mores under the stars.

The three season porch offers an inviting space to slow down, whether enjoying a quiet morning with coffee or winding down in the evening while listening to the sounds of the woods.

Game Room
The lower level of Starkhaus is designed for fun and connection. The game room features a pool table, shuffleboard, and classic arcade games, creating a space that guests of all ages enjoy. A wet bar and additional seating area with a Smart TV make this level ideal for group hangouts, game nights, and casual evenings together.

Safety and Property Notes
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and fire pit area for safety purposes only.

Per Sister Bay zoning regulations, parking of boats, boat trailers, RVs, or RV trailers is not permitted on the property. Guests must use designated public parking areas for these vehicles.

Check In and Booking Information
Guests enjoy full access to the entire home. Entry is via a smart lock with a unique access code generated for each stay, allowing for easy self check in. There is no long checkout list. Simply pack up and head out when your stay concludes.

After booking, guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload a photo ID to confirm age requirements. Accidental damage protection is included in place of a traditional security deposit. All payments remain on Airbnb.
