The little house was perfect for my husband and me visiting our son, who lives nearby. He was able to bring his dog with him, as the house was “dog friendly “.
The house was comfortable, clean and quiet!
We would rent this property again.
Communication was prompt and exceptional when I had a question or issue. The property has everything you need! We all (including our pup!) felt right at home. Nice, clean fenced yard. Clean and comfortable furniture. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. To see deer roaming around was a daily treat! Thank you!
Pluses
Nice fenced yard for dogs
Nicely finished modular like home
Kitchen had everything we needed
Private back yard
Close to outdoor activities- hiking, cycling, lakes
Minuses
Floor very dirty with previous dogs hair. My kids feet were black after running around the first evening. They were barefoot bc we abided by the please remove your shoes sign.
Property was better than we expected. Great setup, well stocked with useable household items (so many ways to make coffee). Location was ideal for our stay and would look at staying here again for our next trip to Sisters.
Lovely view of the woods from back porch. Stars wonderful due to dark sky policies.

The deep quiet of the both the neighborhood and the neighboring pine forest was truly lovely. We were visited each day by a mama deer and her fawns. The front fenced yard was helpful for our 2 dogs, and we enjoyed the front deck as well as the sitting areas out back.Overall, the best part of the stay was the peacefulness.
We had a great long weekend in this home. The listing is accurate and the check in and out process was very straightforward. The fenced front yard was perfect for our dog, and the home is set far back enough from the street that the whole space feels very private even with neighbors nearby. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances but be sure to bring coffee if you’re planning your first cup there in the morning

We were woke up by either a RAT OR A MOUSE in our bedroom, our dog barked
Beautiful dog friendly home with dog bed, poo bags, and food bowls! Front yard is fenced. Back yard is open to the Deschutes forest!
Home had all the cookware you need! Wonderful, comfortable stay!
The Rental organization/management company texted more often than I'd prefer.

Buy a new couch
Gees, people we sat on the couch and there was a big hole. For what we paid to stay you could buy a new couch! Pictures somehow looked way better than reality. . .
Tucked away in what feels like your own forest this home was completely relaxing. Multiple places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a quiet meal. The most insanely comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. All the amenities you could need with helpful information on the area. Much of the town closes Monday-Wednesday so keep that in mind if you planned in dining out or shopping. Great house, great stay!
The house, grounds and amenities were perfect. Quiet area, no fireworks. Pet friendly overall wonderful. Close to downtown and great hiking trails. On a scale of 1 to 10, an 11!
It was exactly as listed, fenced yard was very nice. Property management was courteous and prompt. Nothing fancy but I didn’t expect fancy. Play ground down the street was a bonus. The only negative is the lack of utensils like big spoons or spatulas and a bigger water heater is needed. Only two people could shower and quickly. If our daughter took a little bath, no hot water for anyone else. Other than that, it was nice.

Perfect place for our family with two young kids and a dog!
This is not a fancy place, but it's a clean, comfortable, cozy spot for a family or small group of friends to stay.
It's in the 'Crossroads' development outside Sisters. Nice and quiet with trees nearby, and hiking possibilities all over.
Perfect QUIET getaway for 2 bipeds and 2 quadrapeds!
The property is EXACTLY as pictured and the first thing we got to do was let the pups go investigate their yard while we went in and unpacked! (The fenced front yard was such a plus for us as we could have the front door open even as the weather cooled, and as Oregonians we found the weather to be PERFECT for October.)
It was so nice to have a king sized bed as that is what we have at home, and we thoroughly enjoyed the memory foam.
(That was something new for us.)
The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to do all the cooking we enjoy doing. The one place we got take-out was June's Asian Kitchen and the food was WONDERFUL! We also got the MOST amazing gluten free bread at Angeline's Bakery which was a wonderful edition to our breakfast!
We do not have a ROKU at home and that was fun to investigate all that was available on it. We enjoyed the selection of dvds and watched several movies in the evening.
The Crossroads neighborhood is such a fantastic area. Getting to walk around the neighborhood in the evening was a great family time adventure and so relaxing. There are deer and squirrels everywhere. They are so fun to watch and our pups were awed by the size of the squirrels! It was just so peaceful there and we could not have asked for a better place for our 2 week vacation.
For an extended stay there is nothing better than a house and we felt that we found the perfect one. We have stayed in Sisters in the past and we were blessed to have found the Crossroads house for our time away this year.

OK for an old double wide
(1) The price was nice and it was available when we needed it. Location was convenient and it was a quiet neighborhood.
(2) Hot water in hallway bathroom shower did not work. It was fixed the same day it was reported.
(3) Hot water heater on second to last day quit working. Did not notice until guest tried to take a shower on check-out day and no hot water. Went to water tank and it was cold.
(4) Odd smell. Clothes stored on shelves in master bedroom had to be washed when I returned home as they smelled too. A cross between a wet dog and insecticide. Not too noticeable if we ran the central air.
(5) Not great air flow. We were there in July and had to run the central air at night to keep it from getting too stuffy.
(6) Some of the outlets in the guest bedroom did not work. We made do without contacting the owners.
