Upstairs, two bedrooms--one extra large king bedroom with a futon, the other has a queen bed with it's own full bath. There is also a full bath on the second floor.

The home is dog friendly and air conditioned. Please advise us if you are bringing a dog(s) (VRBO doesn't list the dog fees of $30/night per dog). You will be required to register your dog(s) and follow our rules governing your dog's stay. Fee are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Black Butte Ranch charges an Access Registration Fee, payable upon arrival at the Ranch Welcome Center. The fee is $9/per person/per night for anyone 7-years and older and it provides gate access to the ranch and all its facilities.
