Welcome to The Black Crater Chalets—Sisters' newest and most unforgettable vacation rentals. This is Suite 103, a luxurious Scandinavian chalet that is peaceful, bright, and earthy.

You truly get the best of both worlds here. Nestled along the edge of Pole Creek Ranch, you'll enjoy peaceful meadow and mountain views with the iconic Three Sisters, Mount Washington, and Black Crater creating the perfect backdrop. Yet you're also just a 5-minute walk from downtown Sisters, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, galleries, and everything that makes this mountain town so special.

What truly sets The Black Crater Chalets apart though, is the unique layout and design of the chalets themselves. As soon as you step through the front door, you're greeted by a soaring 26-foot vaulted ceiling, massive windows, and an open light-filled living space. The large picture windows showcase the surrounding views while filling the chalet with natural light throughout the day.

The living room features a cozy electric fireplace and a 65-inch Smart TV—the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Central Oregon. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. We also stocked the coffee station with coffee lovers in mind, and included an in-unit washer and dryer so you have all the conveniences of home.

The main sleeping area is in the lofted bedroom upstairs that features a comfortable king bed where you can wake up to beautiful meadow and mountain views. Downstairs, the living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed, allowing the chalet to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The spacious lower-level bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The dining table comfortably seats 4 for meals, games, or planning the day's adventures.

Just off the kitchen is your fully fenced private patio. Relax in the comfortable outdoor seating under the string lights, gather around the fire pit, and soak in your private saltwater hot tub - open 24/7. It's the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or unwind after a day of hiking, skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, or exploring town. The fenced patio is also a great bonus for guests traveling with dogs.

Beyond the private patio is a beautifully landscaped shared courtyard. (Everything on your concrete patio is exclusively yours—the shared space begins beyond the patio.) The shared space includes 4 Adirondack chairs and 4 hammocks - plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Central Oregon sunshine.

Couple of details about the property:

- This listing is 1 chalet that is part of a 3 unit building. Each unit is completely private from the other. If you have a larger group, you can also book all 3 units (find that listing on my profile).

- Each back patio (including each hot tub) is completely private to your group. Beyond the back patio (where the hammocks and adirondack chairs are) is a communal space that is shared between the 3 chalets.

- Each unit has a common wall. These common walls are very soundproof, but please be mindful of our neighbors and do not play loud music.

- All dogs must be on leash in the shared backyard area.

Please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
