This thoughtfully designed 40m² studio maximises space with a clever open-plan layout, creating distinct areas for cooking, dining, lounging, and sleeping. Two large sofas provide comfortable seating without making the space feel cramped, while the modern kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The sleeping area features a cosy double bed, and the lounge area includes a convertible couch, accommodating up to four guests. Blankets and linens are provided for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate toilet and shower, and towels are provided.

A modern inverter air conditioner ensures year-round comfort, providing cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Unlimited internet access is available throughout the apartment.
