Very sunny apartment for 4 persons, completely renovated recently. It is in a private and closed area, El Cortijo, with swimming pool, gardens, playground and parking. The apartment is in the third floor of a building with 4 floors with elevator. In a privileged location in Sitges. At only 5 min. walking distance to the beaches, in the center but away from the noise. It has 50 sqm, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with bunk bed, kitchen, living and dining room, smart TV, bathroom with shower, air-condition in all rooms and heating. All rooms, without the bath, goes to the large 12 sqm balcony.Perfect for couples or families.
