"budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. "The area is beautiful but of course its Greece. Only one restaurant with above average food, it's a buffet. Beach was rocky but beautiful, not able to swim much due to the rocks. "This accommodation was amazing value, it is very modern and immaculate, it looked like no one had stayed in our room before. The bed was very comfortable, shower powerful and had toiletries included. The wardrobe was small but fine for a week and had a full size fridge. No safe which would have been a bonus. The outside patio area was great with a large airer. Great location , 8 mins walk to the nearest beach and 10 to the Center which has a marina and lots of shops, restaurants and bars. We had a hire car and did a different beach every day all within 30 mins of the apartment. There are many shops and reastaurants just by the apartment, Miss Olive shop 2 mins away is owned by Maria and she is lovely and her shop is well worth a visit. Nikiti old town and Parthenonas are stunning and not to be missed. First time to Sithonia and will def be back"
