"Our family of 5 spent in the 2 bedroom apartment 11 wonderful days. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back again. The service throughout was excellent - the landlord was always ready to assist with our problems and the cleaning lady always made sure to tidy the rooms to top-condition. The beach was nearly empty most of the time and only a few seconds from the apartment. Apartments are in a sole location far away from supermarkets, but basic food is resupplied daily into the...

"The location was perfect, in the hill above Porto Karras and Neos Marmaras surrounded by pine and olive trees and vineyards. Peaceful, beautiful apartment, modern with all the amenities. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation."

Una nota negativa: la pulizia delle parti comuni che dovrebbe essere più accurata e così lo scarico della doccia che ogni tanto non scaricava completamente. "The hotel is brand new. There is nothing bad to say. Everything was PERFECT-the room, the proximity to the beach (just in front of the hotel not even 1 min walking distance), the sunbeds and umbrellas top quality, the food quality..the very best part is the staff, sooo friendly and helpful..special thanks to Anna at the Reception and Polimenis at the restaurant and Kyriakos at the beach for making our stay 10/10..We will definitely be back !!!"

"We had a very pleasant stay here, even though the hotel has a low rating. The owner was very kind and welcoming. They offered us fresh fruits (watermelon and apples) and water in the room. The conditions were comfortable and convenient, with our own balcony and a mosquito net, plus two towels per person. The location is perfect, right in the center and only 5 minutes to the beach. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it."
