"The room was advertised as ocean view. You could barely see the pool, let alone the ocean from the actual room. The appliances were not in working condition. They did not provide any hand soap in the bathrooms. The staff was not friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast and dinner were very expensive in comparison to the other resort restaurants in the area. "

"The cabana was clean and well maintained. Excellent communication and suggestions from the host and the property manager and maintenance man were helpful and friendly. Marto even showed us how to cut open coconuts to get to the coconut water inside and gave us some to drink. Wonderful location - would absolutely recommend staying here! "

"The Maya Beach hotel was a great 3 night stay. The pool was clean and the dock was a great place to relax. The staff and restaurant were excellent! Would stay here again. "

You step out of the patio and can jump right into the Caribbean. We enjoyed the house I terrines, kayaks, and bikes as well. This property was set up for our enjoyment. Thank you! "
