Wonderful Location

A somewhat quirky house on two levels with three good size bedrooms but six people might find the living areas a bit small. For the two of us it was ideal. Lots of outdoor space with plenty of shade. Walking distance to the beach, harbour and several good restaurants. A really good base to explore the region.

Nice Holiday

We enjoyed our holiday in the house. The house is really fully equipped. The outdoor shower, which we used regularly, is great. The nearest beach isn't that nice, but there are some idyllic beaches nearby. Overall recommended.

Een heel fijn huis op een mooie locatie, dichtbij de winkels en het strand. Fijne slaapkamers, met airco, wat heerlijk is in de hete maanden. De keuken is voor een huis voor 6 personen erg klein, maar omdat de buitenruimte erg mooi en ruim is hebben we er niet te veel last van gehad.Fijn ook dat er fietsen en een tafeltennis tafel zijn. We hebben een fijne week gehad in dit huis.

Accès à la location difficile surtout quand le voisin vide sa piscine sur le chemin.Méfiance pour l'entrée de la location pour les véhicules bas.Important : Clôtures de gruyère non entretenues . Pour les petits chiens non adaptés exemple "Jack Russel "qui à fuit un quart d'heure après notre arrivée.Les climatisations des chambres sont obsolètes, aucun effet perceptible. Cuisine et salle de bain bien trop petits. Lavabo de salle de bain bouché.Manque de rangement dans les chambres, placards trop petits, manque de glace dans la maison.Aspects positifs : Bonne literie, terrain pouvant contenir plusieurs voitures.Terrasse et store automatique très appréciable.Table de ping Pong et de la largeur pour de bonnes parties de pétanques

Jolie maison très bien entretenue et très bien située ! La deco est soignée et la maison très agréable à vivre avec une grande terrasse extérieure. La maison est au calme ce qui permet de bien se reposer ! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et les dames s’occupant des entrées et sorties sont adorables ! Je recommande vivement !

Das Haus von Valerie und Pierre ist sehr gemütlich und der große Garten ist naturbelassen und vollständig eingezäunt, was den Aufenthalt mit Hund deutlich entspannt gestaltet. Die Küche ist zwar sehr klein , aber funktional ausgestattet und alle wichtigen Gegenstände sind vorhanden (viel besser als in den meisten Ferienhäusern!). Die Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind gut. Im Elternschlafzimmer ist ausreichend Platz für Kleidung, dieses ist in den anderen beiden Zimmern leider nicht der Fall. Da wir nur mit 2 Erwachsenen angereist waren, stellte dies für uns kein Problem dar. Die Kommunikation mit Valerie und Pierre erfolgt schnell und freundlich. Bis zum Hafen und Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, aber der Weg führt über eine wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße. Ein Manko waren in diesem Jahr die vielen Mücken, die es uns leider nicht möglich gemacht haben die Terrasse /den Garten zu genießen.

Fijn en modern huisje in een rustige wijk.

Schoon en modern huisje met prima faciliteiten! De bedden wel laag voor senioren en dekbedden ipv dekens zou hygienischer zijn. Prettig dat er ook enkele mountainbikes waren om even naar het strand te fietsen.Le Brusc is klein maar gezellig met voldoende restaurants. Omgeving ook erg de moeite waard!

Mittendrin und doch naturnah

Tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Trotz kleiner Küche alles machbar. Im Sommer überzeugt die Außendusche und die extra Toilette mit Waschmaschine.Die Klimaanlage ist neu und funktioniert einwandfrei, nur Schränke sind wenige da. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien, auch mit Hund.

Bon séjour

Maison conforme à la description et aux photos. Grand salon télé très confortable. La cuisine est petite mais bien équipée. La salle de douche intérieure est petite mais il y a une autre douche à l’extérieur qui doit être utile l’été. Nous avons eu un souci de plomberie qui a été résolu en 48h. Grand jardin bien clôturé. Merci d’avoir accepté notre chien. La météo nous a permis de profiter de la grande terrasse en bois très agréable. L’environnement est calme et le port du Brusc avec ses commerces est à 10-15 minutes de marche .

Super toller Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. In einem schönen 15 minütigen Spaziergang kann Mann zum Strand und zu Strandpromenade mit reichlichen Restaurants gelangen. Ein Urlaub mit dem Hund ist auch kein Problem, da das komplette Gelände umzäunt ist. Bei Problemen wurde immer schnell reagiert und nach einer Lösung gesucht.

traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich hervorragend und auch das Grundstück mit der riesigen Pinie und den zirpenden Zikaden. Sehr schön auch die Veranda mit Markise, die zum stundenlangen Entspannen einlädt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles hat seinen Platz und funktioniert. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sejour au Brusc

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour au soleil et accompagnés du chant des cigales! La maison offre tout le confort et notre chien a apprécié le jardin clôturé. Lieu agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est simple et confortable. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse spacieuse et bien ombragée. La distance pour la plage, les activités et les courses est raisonnable et evite au maximum l'utilisation de la voiture.

Ravissante maison de vacances très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Emplacement calme avec un grand jardin. La personne qui nous a accueillis a été charmante et les propriétaires à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable

Maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée... Jardin spacieux... Bicyclettes à disposition en état de marche... Endroit calme en septembre...Un seul bémol, pas de chaise longue pour s'allonger en extérieur...
