Great location and Property

Had an amazing stay.The house is a great location 10 min or less to the beach and the Sanery MarketPool was clean and the perfect temperatureIt was very hot when we stayed the A/c is only in one bedroom upstairs but when we closed all the shutters and opened the door is was ok. Downstairs a/c was ice cold!Gerard was great at checking us in and explaining the gate, pool, wifiWe had an excellent time and will most likely return and recommend it to all. We were a family with 3 adult children and had plenty of room. The only downside was A/c only in one bedroom but if you close all the shutters and windows during the day it works fine.

Einfach wunderbar!

In den zwei Wochen haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Gerard hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns jede Menge Information und Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend gegeben. In dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus gab es einfach alles was man zum Leben braucht. In der Küche fehlte es an Nichts, es gab ausreichend Handtücher und das gesammte Haus war bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool war eine wunderbare Oase der Ruhe und zum Entspannen. In nächster Umgebung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand fußläufig erreichbar, der wunderschöne Hafen von Sanary sowie Kultur und Aktivitäten. Der Vermieter (Gerard) war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind schweren Herzens zurück gereist. Diese zwei Wochen waren einfach perfekt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Große Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sehr gut gelegen, 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand, zur Innenstadt oder den Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten. Gerard war ein netter Gastgeber, der uns alles zeigte und auch Probleme mit dem Pool behob. Die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage und auch WLAN innen war komfortabel. Auch der Pool war ein großes Plus und der Grill. Allerdings muss man ganz klar sagen, dass das Haus leider absolute Probleme mit der Sauberkeit hatte. Dass das Haus älter ist und dadurch alles nicht mehr neu, ist absolut kein Problem. Das sollte man einfach wissen. Aber vor allem die Küche war wirklich stark verdreckt! Nicht oberflächlich, sondern wirklich tiefendreckig und unangenehm. Auch die Böden und das ganze Interieur waren einfach schmutzig. Wir haben bei Ankunft 3 1/2 Stunden vor allem Küche, Böden und Bäder geputzt, dass man einigermaßen darin wohnen konnte. Der sehr unangenehme Geruch, der vor allen in der Küche lag, konnte durch das Putzen leicht verschwinden. In die Schränke und Kommoden konnte man nichts reinlegen, da diese staubig, voller Haare oder sonstigem Dreck waren. Wir setzten uns diesbezüglich auch direkt in Kontakt mit Gerard. Dieser versuchte eine Putzfirma zu organisieren, was aufgrund der Hochsaison nicht funktionierte. Er gewährte uns einen kleinen Discount von einer Nacht, welcher in Anbetracht des Zustandes unserer Meinung zu niedrig war. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Maison bien située

Maison bien située, proche plage, port et centre de Sanary. Maison bien conçue avec 3 chambres et 1 bureau, 2 salles de bains avec toilettes. Linge de maison et toilettes fourni. Le propriétaire est arrangeant quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La propreté de la maison laisse à désirer, c'est bien dommage. Et le lave vaisselle ne lave pas.
